History of Leadership Scotts Bluff

Founded in 1989, Leadership Scotts Bluff (LSB) has provided professional development opportunities for Scotts Bluff County professionals. Many graduates have gone on to assume leadership positions in professional roles in addition to civic and community groups such as school boards, city councils, & more. 

Leadership Scotts Bluff has many dimensions and qualities, none of which are easily defined, quantified or treated as
​how-to steps.  Leadership is a comprehensive program for current and potential leaders to analyze characteristics associated with leadership, development of individual skills, and awareness of trends, challenges and issues that face Scotts Bluff County.
